Recherche

Afin de soutenir la production de matériel d’examen de haute qualité, LanguageCert utilise des ressources de recherche et de validation internes et externes.

Le cadre socio-cognitif, développé par Weir (2007), a fourni aux équipes de recherche et de développement de LanguageCert des moyens utiles de structurer la réflexion sur l’interaction d’une série d’éléments importants dans le processus de test. Il s’agit ici de questions particulièrement pertinentes telles que les constructions évaluées et les variables candidates et contextuelles qui pourraient avoir un impact sur l’équité des tests. Le Weir Framework nous a également aidés à identifier les processus cognitifs requis pour accomplir les tâches, la fiabilité des scores de test et l’impact des évaluations de LanguageCert. En outre, elle a contribué à la structuration des preuves qui nous permettent de démontrer que les tests LanguageCert fonctionnent comme prévu ; qu’ils sont justes, fiables et valides.
