He has over 30 years’ experience in the certification industry, working at Cambridge Assessment and the British Council previously. Liam has an MA from Cambridge University, an MA in TEFL from Reading University, an RSA Diploma in TEFLA, a PGCE (Dist.), and an honours degree in History and Philosophy.
has been involved in leading the design and implementation of international higher education and the recruitment and facilitation of international students in the Netherlands in both the public and private sectors since 1995. Since 2003, Peter and his wife, Maggie Feng, have developed Wittenborg into the family-owned, fully independent business school it is today. With around 1,500 students representing 100 different nationalities and 200 staff members representing over 60 nationalities, Wittenborg is today the most international Business School in the Netherlands. Peter takes a keen interest in policy-making, regionally and nationally, regarding internationalisation, migration, international students and their accommodation, and their employment prospects. Wittenborg is often directly involved in discussions at local, regional, and national levels on these subjects, also representing the NRTO on the board of the National Commission on the Code of Conduct for International Students in Dutch Higher Education.
