Eligible students include international student freshmen enrolled full-time in 2-year colleges or 4-year universities that accept LanguageCert tests and are HACU members, freshmen enrolled full-time in a CCID member institution that accepts LanguageCert tests, and students enrolled in Pathway Programs leading to direct admission to a certificate or degree at a Career College, College, or University that are members of Languages Canada and accept LanguageCert tests.

No, there is no cost at all. As we market these programs to our student test takers, all we ask is that you accept their application with their English proficiency test.Scholarships benefit both the international students, as well as the schools.
